Welcome and thank you for visiting my website. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Oklahoma offering psychotherapy to children, adults and families both virtually and in-office.
About
I am a native Oklahoman and hold an undergraduate degree in social work and a graduate degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor supervisor and have completed training in various therapeutic approaches, including Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Additionally, I am trained in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) developed by Dr. Bruce Perry, as well as Mindfulness Practices and Gottman Couples Therapy Level 1.

Psychotherapy Sessions last 50 minutes, with a fee of $150. If needed, a superbill can be provided to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I’m currently in-network with Healthchoice, Tricare, and United Health Care.
